a cross sponsor on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104(RES) am "An Act                                                                    
relating to salvage sales of timber, negotiated timber sales for local                                                          
manufacture of wood products, and expedited timber sales; and                                                                   
providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
